Shipping policy
All items are handmade to order, so please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be handcrafted and shipped.
US Orders
Once shipped, orders within the US typically take 1-5 business days to arrive with Standard shipping, 1-3 business days with Priority shipping, and 1-2 business days with Express shipping. If you need something urgently, please email hello@shoprubytulip.com and we will do our absolute best to accommodate your request.
*IMPORTANT* Ruby Tulip is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You will be provided with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. We will not be able to provide a refund for any packages USPS confirms have been delivered. Please be sure the shipping address you enter at checkout is accurate before placing your order. If you prefer a signature requirement on your package, please indicate so at checkout. If you add the signature requirement, please check your tracking number so that you know if USPS makes a delivery attempt when you are not home to sign for the package. USPS will hold the package at your local post office for pickup with a photo ID if you miss their delivery attempts. If you do not pick it up, they will label it unclaimed and return it to Ruby Tulip. If this happens, we will re-ship your order, but you will be responsible for the additional shipping charge. Otherwise, your order will be canceled and you will be issued a full refund minus the original shipping charge. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you! ♡
If USPS fails to deliver your order and the tracking no longer updates after 14 days, we will file an insurance claim with USPS and we will replace your order with a new package. You will not be responsible for any shipping error made by USPS or Ruby Tulip.
International Orders
Once shipped, orders outside the US take 7-21 days to arrive. A phone number is required by USPS on all international shipping labels. Please provide a contact phone number at checkout.
You will be provided with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. We will not be able to provide a refund for any packages USPS confirms have been delivered. Once your tracking number indicates that your order has been delivered, please contact your local post office for assistance if you did not receive it. Unfortunately we do not have access to any information about international packages once they are released from customs other than what the USPS tracking information indicates.
Please be aware of any customs charges your country may require you to pay before placing your order. Ruby Tulip is not responsible for any additional charges you may incur when retrieving your package from customs. Although rare, sometimes items are held in customs longer than usual. If your tracking number indicates that your package is being held in customs, please contact your local post office or customs office for assistance. Unfortunately Ruby Tulip has no control over this or any way of reaching customs in your country for any updates. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you! ♡
